FRII Agents are service providers such as telecom companies, contractors, IT service companies, or consultants that partner with FRII in order to expand their service offerings. These agents generally have existing relationships with clients, and use FRII products and services to satisfy those clients' needs. FRII Agents help us develop our customer base more broadly than we can simply on our own, and are paid for leads that they bring!
A FRII Agent is similar to a FRII sales consultant in that they are offering FRII products. An agent is compensated for bringing business to FRII, often every month throughout the life of a customer relationship. FRII will take care of the customer fully as soon as the contract is signed: the customer will receive support and billing from FRII directly after that point, and the agent can be involved as much or as little as desired.
Once a company is designated a FRII Agent, FRII will provide all necessary materials and information on our products including customized marketing materials if requested.
By having FRII products and services available to your customers, we can make sure that every Internet need they require is met. You don't have to take extra time researching other companies and products before making a recommendation to a customer, simply rely on FRII as your Internet expert.
