Email. It started out as a simple Internal communications tool. It has now permeated your entire business organization, customer base, family and home. It is the way businesses and many families communicate today. Why call when you can email? Well, that's a topic for another time.

It is incumbent to preserve relevant emails and electronically stored information when a dispute occurs that may end up in court.

The email vault stores a true copy of the email in a non human readable form so it may be searched and retrieved when needed. The vault gets its name because it does not allow the stored email to be modified or deleted. Only true copies are released when requested by the owner. This feature is important when these emails are used as evidence to resolve a dispute, in or out of court.
