Front Range Internet says NO to offensive content

FORT COLLINS, CO -- October 5, 2005 -- Front Range Internet, Inc. instituted a new content filtering feature within their MailArmory product that will stop blatantly offensive content from reaching the inboxes of their customers.

When MailArmory customers woke up and checked their email on the morning of September 28th, they noticed an option to enable FREE content filtering within their MailArmory settings. "This new addition to MailArmory is wonderful for families: protecting children from receiving vile content via email. While the product already caught a majority of offensive messages, we felt it was important to provide an additional option to give users greater control over what they are willing to receive," said Neil Neely, lead developer of the MailArmory product.

The new content filtering feature blocks and stores messages that contain specific combinations of offensive key words appearing in the subject line or text of the message. The message will not be deleted or lost, but will be captured for customers' review.

FRII offers MailArmory content filtering free with all email accounts. MailArmory is also available via several resellers of FRIIs Internet services. "This new option requires very little action on the part of our customers. Just a simple click to ON in their MailArmory settings," commented Neely.

About MailArmory
Mailarmory is a spam, virus and content filtering product developed by FRII in 2002. The main objective in creating the product was to protect the Inbox of email users. Giving ultimate control to the user, MailArmory allows emailers to adjust settings based on their own level of tolerance, then allows them to decide what to do with the captured emails. In 2005, Content Filtering was added, giving more protection and ultimately more control. More information is available at www.mailarmory.com.
