FRII Services: FRII Customer Support: What services are supported by FRII's Customer Support Department?

What services are supported by FRII's Support Department?
Front Range Internet, Inc. (FRII) has a skilled customer support staff to assist you with your Internet related problems
such as configuration and troubleshooting of your connection, sending and receiving email,
FTP, managing your account, and basic billing questions. We support Internet related issues
on the following operating systems:
- Windows 2000
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- MacOS X and later
Based on current technology trends and the extreme complexity and customization of some
operating systems, FRII technical support will not offer technical assistance
for Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows ME, and versions of MacOS older than X. Also, Linux or other UNIX based operating systems.
Although FRII has customers successfully connecting with all of these systems, please be aware
that our support staff may not be able to assist you. If you are having difficulties
with a non-supported operating system, you can contact our support staff and we will offer
what assistance we can and/or direct you to other resources.
Our support staff can assist you with most common email programs, web browsers, and connection
software. We are here to help you get connected to the Internet and pass traffic across your
connection. We do not help customers with their Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Virtual Private Network (VPN) configuration,
HTML coding, or scripts that a customer has written or purchased from another vendor.
Hours
Our support staff is available to help you 7 days a week: Monday through Friday 7am until 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm. We are closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Customer Support
also closes for the duration of the annual FRII Holiday Party - please read our monthly newsletter for the actual date each year.
Our Network Operation Center (NOC) technicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to any emergency.

For those customers who like to solve problems on their own, FRII has
a web-based KnowledgeBase. It includes configuration information, troubleshooting
tips, and general FAQ's so you can "do it yourself." Our KnowledgeBase is located
under the Support Section of our website at
