FRII Consultant Directory
Directory Objective:
To enable FRII employees and customers to quickly locate consultants
based on their specialization, while promoting consultant services.
How it works:
Participating consultants are listed publicly on the FRII web site
according to the services that they provide. FRII employees will
direct customers seeking consulting services to the web site where
they can choose a consultant from the official list.
Consultants will be asked to rank their areas of expertise in order
from one to five, one being their primary service focus. When a
customer uses the web site, a list of consultants who specialize in
the type of service that they need is displayed in order, according to
the rank chosen by the consultant. For example, if a customer chooses
'networking', all consultants who have ranked 'networking' as their
primary service area will be displayed first, consultants who have
ranked 'networking' as their secondary service area will appear next
and so on. Names will appear to the customer in random order within
each ranking.

Consultant Requirements:
- Familiarity with FRII's services
- Periodic contact with an assigned FRII representative to discuss general service updates
- References from past clients and/or credentials (i.e. professional certification in a given service specialization) may be required
- Annual review and update of contact information and/or service descriptions
- Membership in the frii-consultant@frii.com mailing list which includes product updates and general company information
- Must be a customer of FRII with an email account
- $100 annual maintenance fee to be on the FRII Consultants list
