FRII's Network Operations Center (NOC) provides knowledgeable and courteous on-site technical support to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Remote Hands On-site

FRII offers remote hands services that allow you to remotely access your colocated equipment. Our 24x7x365 on-site staff can provide remote reboots and hands-on troubleshooting.

Redundant Generators

Temperature & Humidity Control

FRII's climate control systems ensure that our data center is kept within strict temperature and humidity parameters. All control units are fully generator-backed and include redundant compressors and condensers.

Raised Floors

Cooling through ventilated floor tiles provides an excellent cooling method for your hardware. All power and data cabling runs underneath the floor, which keeps your connections secure, organized and out of the way.

Bandwidth

FRII's data center is served by multiple gigabit Ethernet connections delivered over physically separated fiber strands. Peering points are in Denver and Fort Collins.

Ethernet drops are available in 100M and 1000M speeds. Billing is 95th percentile with burst to 100Mbps.

All drops include a /29 CIDR IP block by default, leaving three addresses free for your equipment. Larger IP blocks and routed subnets are available.

Contracts & SLA

Colocation contracts are 12 months, dropping to month-to-month after the initial term. Setup fees and the first month's cost is due at contract signing. Subsequent months are invoiced on net 30 terms.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available at up to 100% uptime. Unscheduled down time beyond the SLA is reimbursed at the amortized contract rate.

SAS 70

FRII is a Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type 2 audited organization.

SAS 70 is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A service auditor's examination performed in accordance with SAS No. 70 ("SAS 70 Audit") is a widely recognized in-depth audit of a service organization's control objectives and control activities, which often includes controls over information technology and related processes. In today's global economy, service organizations or service providers must demonstrate that they have adequate controls and safeguards when they host or process data belonging to their customers.

FRII's SAS 70 Type 2 status ensures that your colocated equipment is protected by industry best practice policies and controls.
