Distance Dialup
iPass
iPass allows users with FRII accounts to dial into local ISPs in their
travel areas, including locations in foreign countries. The charges are
significantly less than standard long distance rates and are billed on
your regular monthly invoice from FRII. Prices typically start at $4.50 an
hour with a minimum one-hour charge but will vary with location and the
local ISP that you dial into while traveling. You must download the iPass
software to your computer before travelling to utilize the service. There
is no fee for just downloading the software. You will only be charged
once you use the service.
