Why a new customer portal?
Front Range Internet, Inc. dba FRII Technology Solutions has been utilizing an antiquated billing system for many years. This system required our customers to call in to change their credit card, or to make any changers - major or minor - to their account. With staffing shortages, and the impending sale of the web and email hosting business, we determined that the best course of action would be to modernize our systems so our customers could make changes necessary on their own, as their free time permitted.
For those of you familiar with MyFRII - this was a custom built solution that has not worked for many years. We did not feel it was the best product for current day needs, and as such, we worked with a company who specializes in customer support systems for web and email hosting businesses.

Why do I keep getting emails saying my bill needs to be paid? I've been on autopay for years!
PCI Compliance (credit card processing compliance that is required to run credit cards) does NOT permit us to transfer your credit card from one system and move it to another. Once credit cards are entered into our old and our new systems, we are only able to see the last 4 digits of your card. Since we can't move your credit card over to the new system, we need you to log in and add your card information so your bill can be paid on time, and your services can remain active.
How do I log in for the first time?
- Go to billing.frii.com
- Select "Forgot Password"
- Enter in the email that recieves your monthly invoices, and select Submit
- Go to your email, and follow the prompts to create a password
- Once you create a password, you can log in, and add your prefered payment method, submit support tickets, add services, and more!
When your account was created, you were sent an invitation email to set up the account. It would have stated the email address you need to use to login.

We are no longer able to directly auto-draft your ACH payments. You will need to log into the billing portal and set it up through a third party that verifies your bank info.

Yes! We do still allow you to pay via check. You will continue to mail your check to the address listed below. When the time comes, we will let you know the name of the new company, and where to mail your check to. Until then, please continue sending payments to:
